I’m all for ramen bowls, noodle bowls, and rice bowls so when I discovered that Trader Joe’s sells Squiggly Noodles, I knew I had to try them. I love to dress up plain old ramen and things like that with some tofu and veggies with my favorite being bok choy, green onions, and pre-baked tofu (either teriyaki or sriracha). All of these ingredients can be found at Trader Joe’s with the veggies in the produce section, pre-baked tofu in the deli section by the other tofus, and the Squiggly Noodles by the broth and ramen section.

Dressed Up Squiggly Noodles

These simple and delicious Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodles are all dressed up with Bok Choy, Baked Tofu, and Green Onions.

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodles
  • 3 Bok Choy Leaves
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 piece of Trader Joe's Baked Tofu

Instructions
 

  • Fill the medium sized pot of water per the instructions on the Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodle package.
  • While waiting for the water to boil, wash and roughly chop the bok choy and green onion. Cube the baked tofu.
  • When the water has boiled, add the squiggly noodles and the bok choy. Let boil for 4 minutes per the packaging.
  • After the noodles are cooked, drain the water from the pot, and plate the noodles and bok choy. Sprinkled the cubed tofu and green onions on top.
  • Finally, drizzle the seasoning packet on top of the noodles, bok choy, tofu, and green onions. Mix together and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is easy and other ingredients like a soft-boiled egg can be added depending on the taste of the maker and eater.
